How to Apply for DTC Bus Pass?

Fill, Are you existing Bus Pass User, Old Bus Pass Number, Which type of pass do you want (e-Bus Pass / Conventional (Printed) Bus Pass), Select Category of Bus Pass (General Pass, Concessional Pass, Delhi Building and other Construction Workers)

Visit https://dtcpass.delhi.gov.in/getEPass.jsp

Enter e-Bus Pass Number or Mobile Number and Date of Birth

Click on Send OTP

Enter the OTP received on Mobile Phone and Submit.

An SMS will send with a Link where you can see the e-Bus Pass.

Enter Application no.

Click on Submit.

What is the procedure to apply for online bus pass?

Visit www.dtcpass.delhi.gov.in and fill up the application form selecting the appropriate type and duration of bus pass and upload soft copy of the required document in case of Concessional Bus Pass.

Make the payment online.

Conventional Bus pass shall be delivered at Applicant residential address within 5 working days and e-Bus Pass shall be sent through SMS via a link on Applicant Mobile Number within one working day.

What is required to apply for an online bus pass?

Scanned copy of passport sized photo with full face visible (image size limit 20Kb-50Kb).

Valid mobile phone number for receiving alerts / OTP.

Valid payment method (Debit Card / Credit Card / Net banking).
